La Catrina Empanadas

We are two Mexican chefs that have traveled and worked in various countries around the world. We have had the opportunity to eat & make authentic regional dishes from those countries and from our travels and years of culinary experiences, we decided to create La Catrina. We are passionate about food and wanted to share our beloved regional Mexican street food with the city that has been our home for 12 years, Edmonton.

Our Flour tortillas, Empanadas, Salsas, Adobos and Mexican sourdough are handmade and prepared from scratch showcasing our authentic Mexican flavours. We are proud to share with Edmontonians our Mexican fare and provide a new experience of Latin cuisine!
